Payment Policy :

- 2% of the transaction total is applied for payment made by any card type

Check-in/out Policy :

- Check in: from 11.30 am - 23:00 pm

- Check out: no later than 12:00 pm

- Early check-in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:

- Late check-out is subject to room availability

- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge

- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Early arrivals policy:

- 8:00 am - 12:00 pm: no fee will be charged.

- 6:00 am before 8:00 am: 50% room rate surcharge

Guarantee Policy :

- To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for your credit card details.

Children Policy :

We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is an additional charge for children as below when sharing their parents accommodation room.

- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.

- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $5/person/room/night.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:

- Should you need to cancel/Admendment your reservation we ask that you advise us at least two days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within this period will incur a fee equal to the first night’s accommodation charge which will be applied to your credit card.

No-arrival / No show

Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the first night’s accommodation charge which will be applied to your credit card.

Shortened Stay

After check-in, should you shorten your stay, you will be charged a minimum of one night’s accommodation.

Smoking

We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms. There are ample outdoor areas throughout the property where smoking is permitted. A sanitisation fee of one additional night’s accommodation or package fee will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.

Small Pets and Animals

During your stay, all other pets and animals are not allowed. Please be advised, there is a sanitation fee of $10.

Communications and Privacy

If you contact us by email, fax, standard mail or through this website you agree to allow us to contact you in the future and that this may include promotional material regarding upcoming events, special offers or general information. We will never use your name and information for any other purpose nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission or where legally obliged to do so. Any communication that we may send you will include the opportunity for you to unsubscribe.
